All the buyers and sellers are hereby requested that any issues related to product listing like misleading price, fake products, product offering with incorrect specifications, product in wrong category, false warranty, fake authorization, non-delivery of products, delivering sub standard products, cancellation of orders, etc. may be addressed through Incident Management available in your dashboard as a menu.
This will enable the Seller and Buyer to handle it in structured manner. Moreover, if an issue is to be highlighted to GeM SPV then it should be escalated using incident management. It is advised that instead of writing escalation mails to GeM officials, it should be exclusively handled through Incident Management.
