Government eMarketplace (GeM) has enhanced the functionality for payment process through SBIMOPS payment gateway for paying transaction charges levied on sellers. 

The seller will now be able to cancel the previous transaction when the transaction status is showing as pending. After cancelling the unsuccessful transaction the seller can reinitiate a fresh transaction for paying the transaction charges.
