Sellers may please note that
- If a PAN number has been used by a Seller for registration on GeM, it cannot be used again by any other Seller
- If the PAN number provided by you is found to be duplicate and you have not been active on GEM for more than 180 days or you have not responded to the notification sent by us, GeM has already disabled your account
- As a next step, GeM will shortly disable all Seller accounts where duplicate PAN number has been provided and there has been no activity for a period of 90 days
- You will be alerted on your dashboard in case your information regarding PAN, CIN, ITR, Registered Address, Constitution Type & Bank Account No. are incomplete, unverified or left blank.
