Buyers/Sellers may please note that GeM has a full-fledged online module available for any incidents to be reported on issues faced between Buyers and Sellers. 

This module must be used by Buyers and Sellers to highlight and/or report any incident related to Pre-Contract and/or Post- Contract phase of procurement done on GeM (including issues between Seller organisations regarding products/services listed on GeM) for timely response/resolution.
