• Click on "Forgot your Password" link
• Enter your User Id, kindly note that User Id is case sensitive
• Type the Characters displayed in the captcha box, press SUBMIT
• An E-mail will be sent to your registered E-mail ID with link to Reset password
• Click on Reset Link in your E-mail, and Enter new password and confirm the same, Press SUBMIT
Kindly note that your Password must be of 8-20 characters- 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, number, and a special character.
The respective buyer with whom the claim is pending has an option to transfer the claim for action to another buyer within the office.

Yes, you can. Please login and access VSV-1 after completing the mandatory profile checks. Please ensure the below mandatory checks are completed in profile
• Validation of Permanent Account Number(PAN) of Enterprise
• Date of Incorporation/Registration of business
• CIN (Company Information Number) in case registering as a Private/Public Limited Company
• Registered as MSME from Udyam portal

For lodging any claim, the concerned buyer organization has to be registered on GeM. Please take up with the controlling Ministry / Department of buyer organization for necessary action
Yes. You can raise multiple claim requests. Please read the VSV-1 scheme in detail for eligible claim amount.
You have to raise separate claims for eligible orders as per VSV-1 scheme.
You cannot edit the claim once submitted and hence ensure it is as per VSV-1 scheme guidelines. However, you may raise a new claim request against the same buyer as per eligible claim amount for VSV-1 scheme.
“Settled” status indicates that payment has been done by the buyer. However, if the amount is still not credited after sometime, you may connect with buyer with the transaction details entered by him.
Approved status indicates that your claim has been accepted by the buyer. Once the buyer makes the payment, he will update the status to Settled with transaction number.
Partially approved status indicates that the buyer has accepted the claim for refund with amount lesser than the claimed amount. Please login to your seller profile and check the claim details from your dashboard.
Rejected status indicates that your requested claim has not been approved for some reason. Please login to your seller profile and check the claim details from your dashboard.

All mandatory documents are required as per the VSV-1 scheme for raising a claim. Please connect with buyer for any document specific concern. It is suggested to have the flowing list of documents
• MSME Udyam registration document
• Authorization letter from your organisation
• Respective Contract document
• Respective Bid/tender document
• Claim specific documents (Debarment order, Performance Security document, LD evidence document, EMD evidence document, Risk Purchase evidence document)
No you have to register on GeM to lodge your claim. Others cannot lodge claims on your behalf.

Yes,The respective buyer with whom the request is pending has an option to transfer the request for action to another buyer within the office.
HOD/Buyer have to offer a payment for settlement to the Contractor and seller would have an option to accept or reject the offer.
You have to register on GeM. Please read the VSV-II scheme in detail for eligibility criteria. You can always check your settlement requests in VSV-II dashboard post login.
The settlement request would be visible in the HOD buyer dashboard based on the buyer hierarchy selected by the seller at time of request submission.
Buyer can withdraw the offer by selecting the reason until no action has been done on the offer from the seller side.

Yes, You have to withdraw all the litigation pending in any court of law and then have to upload the litigation withdrawn evidence.

No, The caution money is a non-mandatory check for VSV II .
You can not edit any details once a request is submitted ,You may reject the offer by giving the appropriate reason and raise a new settlement request .
Yes, you can raise the settlement request for an amount more than 500 Cr. but buyers have the authority to reject the request. For more details please read the VSV II OM .
Now Buyer will generate an offer and you have to accept/reject the offer.

No, Incident process is not applicable for VSV 2 Scheme.
It is a one Time Settlement of contractual disputes on similar lines as Vivad se Vishwas ll (Contractual Disputes) only for Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,
The last date for submission of claims under the MoRTH - One Time Settlement scheme has been extended upto 31st March 2024.
Yes, MoRTH - One Time Settlement scheme is also applicable to NHAI (National Highway Authority of India) and NHIDCL (National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited)
The criteria of eligibility for settlement under MoRTH- One Time Settlement scheme are as follows;
i. Arbitral Awards passed upto 30.9.2023
ii. Courl orders passed upto 31 .12.2023.
